Wax jambu fruit facts

Wax jumbo fruits are pear shaped, thin pink skin, with crisp white flesh and slightly aromatic. Common names of the fruit include wax apple, love apple, java apple, chomphu, wax jambu, rose apple, bell fruit, makopa, tambis Philippines; the wax apple tree also grows in the Caribbean.
