Healthy fruits for kids - New Year resolutions

Improve your children’s health. Make New Year resolutions positive. Instead of eating less junk food, take three to four servings of fruits or vegetables a day.

  • Children may not be interested in traditional exercising. But physical activity presented in the form of playing will make the activity more fun.
  • Take your children into the kitchen and allow them to participate to prepare their own meals and snacks. It helps the kids more likely to eat.
  • Make your child to eat more fruits and vegetables, brush their teeth twice daily. Wash their hands before eating. Encourage your children to eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Make them to eat fruits and vegetables half the plate.
  • Drinking more water an easy and healthy way to improve your kids as well as family health. Add a squeeze of lemon, pureed fruit ice cube into the glass of water.
  • Explain your kids why they need to eat fruits and vegetables and also the importance of good health and health habits. Let know them why doctor and dentist visits are important.

Be a good role model to your child and also take action to improve the health of your family as a New Year's resolution can start everyone on the right path. Better health can be achieved and possible health risks can also be reduced.
