During two points clear, the removal (person who makes a cleansing) generally take some herbs to help your body with natural cleansing process. There are a lot cleaner available, but there is a huge difference between it all, I outline the most effective one below.

- 8 day "blessed herbs that Detox" is a great cleaner for people who can save only 8 days with all want to go for it, similar to present clean and bright, which I discuss below. Basically another hybrid program Bernard Jensen just better in my opinion. It consists of a modified diet, special herbal cleansing, a bentonite, a pectin and other important foods.
- 21 day "that blessed herbs Detox" is a whole body cleaner that is recommended for first-time counters. Comes with everything you need to clean out all the organs of your body and contains about 90 herbs.

2. A slow and simple cleaning
For those people interested in a slower and simpler to clean up Richard, I would recommend the following:
Start each day with about 200-500 grams of the green or unripe paw paw of (papaya), with skin on, in blender, mixed with other fresh tropical fruit. Also add the cider vinegar organic raw apple.
Follow 20 minutes later with about 10 grams of Spirulina.
For lunch eat only foods alcalizaciĆ³n the list here. Try eating less starches such as potatoes and salads and more vehicles. Food slows the heavy cleansing, but regulate it as you wish. Add pepper, pepper, apple vinegar and olive oil (not cooking oil) to the food.
For dinner you can eat fresh fruit (for a faster clean) or something similar for lunch.
Take one capsule Probiotic as Microgenics Probiotic 8, 30 minutes after the meal.
At least 1 hour after dinner is a glass of tea cleansing of the bowel or some other formula herbal laxative strong (with senna leaf or sacred waterfall in it.) Do not do this step if your bowel move more than once per day, unless you feel you lock up.
Additional Notes:
Whenever you want, take the shock of green papaya with the day, it dissolves the mucoid plaque in the intestines, it is very good. Spirulina is also good.
If you get hungry in the day and want a snack, try drinking some herbal tea (remember that the normal tea and coffee is generating acid) or have some organic or naturally dried fruits.
Drink at least 2 liters of purified water or herbal tea a day. Teas made from herbs Richard cleaned, discussed below are best for cleaning.
You can do this while you wish for cleansing, but try to reduce the laxative tea once you start to feel cleaner.
Try exercising at least 3 times a week, this stimulates the body, strengthens muscles and organs, and help with the cleansing process. If the move with deep cleansing exercise then is light, such as walking or liver damage may occur. Listen to your body!
Make enemas or having colonics whenever you want "get it all out" loud and clear that you feel. Highly recommend this.
If you're having trouble with tiredness, or just feeling well do the following:
Drink more water (purified, of course), then if that does not work
Make an enema or a colonic, then if that does not work
Eating a baked potato in the oven
The reason you feel tired is because the body is overloaded with toxins. The first 2 steps are designed to cleanse the body as quickly as possible to these toxins. The third step will slow cleansing.
