Juice diet

Whenever you read or hear the word diet fills us with light eyes with hope of what we look for something ideal to be able to lose weight or stay the same. The diet of juices is what some call the liquid diet, which only used 1 or 2 days a week.  



Ideally, this diet is the combination of fruit juices as well as vegetables, to make a balance in food. 

With this diet the results are instantaneous, since it consumes few calories, but the fall was mainly due to weight loss liquid diet throughout the body quickly. 

The weight dropped back to retrieve it as soon as you begin to eat even a protein diet, of course not recover lost everything but some of it. 

A milkshake or juice (hot) 

Put in blender: 
1 sachet of instant soup low calorie 
? small sweet potato or baked potato 
1 tablespoon skim milk cream 
2 tablespoons pumpkin depressed 
1 glass of water. 

Blend everything and then take it to the burners and heat until warm and take this. 

Shake or juice (cold) 

Put in blender: 
? cup of your palm and maple sap 
Juice of 3 or 4 lemons 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
2 tablespoons skim milk cream 
? liter of water. 

Whisk all together it can add a little ice and drink. 

You can also replace the orange lemon, mandarin, everything from fruit juice or pulp. If mixture does not place the number of fruit tea. 

Also be careful with fruit smoothies because while it helps you lose weight too but the sugar-containing fruits also can make you gain weight it is ideal lunch and dinner with vegetables and breakfast shake snacks and fruit smoothies.
